It depends entirely what the nature of the complaint was for you to seek a repair in the first place, as if it was what has been complained of in this particular thread, namely the lens cap problem, then the heads have absolutely no connection whatsoever with that fault, and so its suspected that maybe no fault showed up when tested by whoever you returned it to as none actually existed, and so they decided to charge you the standard handling fee (in disguise!) which with many companies is around the £60.00 or so figure.
