nutone 3003 needs repair or replacement

I have a 17 year old music intercome nutone 3003 series. The system has developed an annoying buzz and the bell has worked intermittently and is now not alerting us because we have turned down the speaker volume due to the buzz. Can this be fixed or the system replaced. does nutone have a central module replacment that will fit in the same opening at the current 3003?
