having problems

Just bought a 16gb Memory Stick Pro Duo MagicGate mark2 memory card. Just pluged it into my sony cyber shot t900 digital camera. Accessing comes up then a Message saying reinsert memory stick and a code number c:13:01 why is this or how can i solve it or can u solve it
