The thin plastic tube like piece that holds the eye viewer and rubber eye piece has a chip out so the rubber eye piece won't stay connected. This tube is about an inch and a half long and has a rubber ring around the middle of it. I don't know what this piece would be called and not sure where I can get a replacement and instructions how to replace it.
