HomePicture was broken up on playback and now has stopped recording film. I as looking back at some old film footage taken of my grandchildren with a previous camera. Picture was broken up with horizontal patterned lines. Since returning to normal usage I can no longer either take pictures on film or playback any of my old recordings. I've tried cleaning the heads to no avail. Please help. Desperate Granny!!

Have the same problem, and don't know how to solve it. Did you find a solution? When you say you have cleaned the heads its assumed that you mean by using a cassette type cleaner, this is many cases isn't really good enough and a proper and carefully carried out "wet" clean is most likely to be required, however as you have restricted your e-mail address full info on the procedure cannot be sent due to it having an attachment for illustration purposes which "cannot" be pasted into a web site like this for technical reasons. Anyone who hides their e-mail address always excludes themselves from receiving full info for this reason. |
