BAD experience with SONY television sets

I have had several SONY TV sets that after a few years the TV doesn't turn on anymore. Most recently, I have the same problem with model KV36HS510. The standby light blinks about 3 times and nothing. I finally learned my lesson and purchased a SAMSUNG.
