Regarding Television non Working

Dear sir, We have registred the Complaint regarding our Television Non working on Jan 1st 2010. And they have given the Complaint No. 10015756380041 and promise us , some one will attend the call with in 48 hours . Till then no one has respond from your side . Unfortunetly we are having AC, TV , Microwave from ONIDA . And company is not intrested to attend the customer call. In such a competion , it will difficult to survive . Even after repeted calls to call centre , they just told us they have forward our complaint to service centre. We are intrested to solve our problem , Not in forwarding our complaint to service centre. Customer expect at least some one from your side call and tell how many more days will take in red tape. Hope some one will respond . Regards
