The menu on my jvc television is locked, help urgently needed and will be highly appreciated!!

JVC TV Model LT-32A80ZU The menu on my jvc television is locked. I cannot navigate through the menus or submenus and there is a padlock icon on channel 2 but cannot remove it or change any settings because the menu is somehow blocked. How can i remove this blocking?? I cannot Use the Up and Down or Channel buttton to toggle through the menu selections and therefore I cannot get to any setting selection that would allow me to reset or unlock the padlock icon that is visible on channel 2 - and I cannot edit any of my settings for picture, sound or anything which is very disturbing :-(
