sony cybershot dsc w270 c:13:01 error

Can anyone help with my problem have a new sony w270 and a new 4gb memory stick pro duo card worked fine at first but now getting message re insert memory card and c:13:01 error . Have tried taking it out and in several times and formating it but same results.tried card in old camera sony cybershot dsc w35 and getting the same message.Had a couple of other memory stick duos a 1gb which works in both cameras and a 2gb which only works in the old one getting the same message c:13:01 on new one .What is going on here any help much appreicated.
