Missing part for Sony Cyber Shot DSC-W1

I am missing the part just next to the dial mode, the camera does not work Any ideas? Is this part avaialbe, if you look in the manual pn P. 9 you will see it is the part between No.8 the dial mode and No. 9 the hook for wrist strap.
