Yes, all of these items you mention are associated with the vertical scanning drive and should be checked / replaced as necessary, this including a usually black plastic covered vertically mounted electrolytic capacitor close the the LA I/C's heat sink, this being a definite for replacement as sometimes this alone is responsible.
