I want to know what is causing the red lines to flash across my screen. I would like have a resolution to fixing if possible.

i have a JVC 56wp30 TV. I've had red lines flash across my screen and convergence issues with my set. I've replace my convergence chips and its been great until recently. Out of no where the red lines has began to show up again. I've checked my convergence under the menu tab and everything is fine with it. I thought the convergence and the red lines were one in the same and would go away with the new convergence chips install but I was wrong. has worked very well for the last three years. I just want my tv back...Please advice, thank you in advance
