Our 36" JVC TV turns on briefly - no picture comes on, then turns off and On Timer light blinks. We've unplugged for 1 min. and it usually comes on - picture is a little unclear, but it gets better. Have unplugged overnight and that did not help (Supposedly to drain a corrupt power mgmt system). That did not help.
