Flash light not working ...

Was apprehensive about contacting Deenadayal, looking at all those feedbacks about their service. Still tried to contact at 8pm only to find watchman on line. he said technician goes away at 6 itself. So who is the responsible person to reply? the mobile number given is an invalid number it seems... so..?
