each year the 60" tv dies and costs roughly $300 even though a $500 dollar waranty was purchased

very disspointed the lamp burns out every year the $500 dollar warranty only covers 1 lamp replacement. The tv was purcased in 2007 lamp burned out 2008 and again 2009.
