Is the bulb blown in this thing again?

I have a jvc model # hd612575,I replaced the bulb about six months ago cause it seemed to have burnet out,now im not sure whats going on.here what its doing.this is the second bulb that ive replaced in this tv and about six months ago.this time it started off by it was hard to see the picture,like the picture went dark on the tv.about a week ago the lamp and power light started blinking.I asumed its the bulb.tonight my girl friend comes in and turns on the tv after i had turned the power off to the tv and it comes on but the picture is hard to see.tonight I get up turn on the tv and just blinking lights.Is this the bulb that needs to be replaced AGAIN? my sip code is 80909 Thank you for any help that you can provide me.
