My music system does not work on dvd tray unit,can you please give me the cost of sending a new tray unit to dar es salaam capital city of Tanzania.

Mymusic system does not function on DVD/AUX due to the tray unit being out of timing. Please give me ways to have a new tray unit to replace it. Give me also the price and cost to deliver it to dar es salaam capital of Tanzania.
