Re: Philips Service Manual

Hi there,
i'am currently experiancing problems with my 32pw9527 philips tv. The picture flashes off and then resets itself with a good picture. However the picture didn't come back on, when it flashed off. Need to have a look at the back of the TV so i can assess what the ticking noise is.
Please advise on how i can get a service manual. I presume you send via email.
