needs help or ideas

i had someone knock a drink over and some of the drinks contents went into my receiver and it now says F70 .. it will turn on showin the last funtion it was on for like 10 secs and then goes to showin F70 and i am wondering how i can fix this problem .. i love this receiver and dont not wish to get rid of it so if you can help me out id like that very much thanks
