JVC HV-53Pro projection issues

I have a JVC HV-53PRO multi-system TV with red lines that suddenly appeared on the screen, multiple lines across the bottom and a weird red squiggle line across the top. I've tried the convergence troubleshooting method with no effect. Does this mean the bulb is going out? If so where can I get a replacement part? Nothing in the manual covers this. Thanks,
