The 33 ufd/6.3 volt Surface Mount Electrolytics on the PROCESS BOARD (especially those around the A to D converters) need to be replaced. For some reason these caps tend to exhibit abnormally high ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance) over time. The lines occur because of an oscillation on the buffer opamps that drive the AtoD references.
The service manual can be bought from "Manuals-in-PDF" website.
The caps can be bought from Digikey.com. Be sure they are Surface mount style. They aren't particularily expensive.
You do need to be able to remove and instal them on a compact Surface Mount PCB.
About 30 of these on the Process Board should be replaced.
