need help , my hitachi dvd cam gives an error of 0280 and I cant view the family video anywhere

cany1 have any clues to how i can fix this problem, ive tried computers, dvd player, dvd recorders, i was never able to finalize the dvd-r, i tried isobuster, nero recode, to no avail, the computers dont see the files
