Sony trinitron 32 inch KV-32S45 serial number 8071291 November 1998

Everyone has the same complaint on the sony trinitrons and Sony should be ashamed. This is a problem that should be recalled and fixed by Sony Corp. My 32" Sony is not turning on as well. It has no picture and no sound with the standby red light flashing its diagnostic code. Can anyone help with this matter?. I think it may be a problem with the power supply board or a transistor on it. I will replace the fault if I could know which to replace on the board.
