Anyone saying the "head" of the camera is damaged is not giving any clue as to a known problem, as the camcorder does not have any part that could be described as a "head", and I realise that you were told this nonsense so maybe you could clarify "exactly" what the problem is that you are referring to then a more accurate diagnosis could be given.
