sansui sv2988

Hi can anny boddy help me i have a problem on a sansui tv model sv2988nicam. I cant seem to get the voltage down it keeps running on 141volts the tv goes on but after 5 minuts blows the diod next to chopper transformer because of the high volts so please if anny boddy can help me
