DVD Player w/Code H03 - Pls Help!

I got this code when trying to play a DVD recently after using the player for about 4 yrs. The part in question is near the middle so, it's not stuck in the wrong place, just stuck, I guess. Now, I can understand what to do once the bottom cover is off but, how on earth does one get those tiny screws out? Does an eye glass screw driver work on them? Thanks. Ms. Kay
