When you first turn the TV on the screen is black with a horizontal green line flashing through it. After turning it on and off a few times the picture pops up and is perfect.

We had the IC's replaced about 3 months ago and the tv worked fine till now. Once it finally comes on the picture is crystal clear and you can leave it on all day and not have any problems. As soon as you turn it off you have the black screen with a flashing green light. Sometimes you only have to turn it off and on 3-5 times other times it takes 50+!
