Dear Sir, I have a JVC Digital Video Camera – Mini DV – 16x Optical Zoom Model #: GR-D53AS Serial #: 169A0612 Actually the Video Cassette Holder does not close when I insert the cassette in it and an error appears on the digital screen of the camera (E04) saying that (Unit in Safeguard Mode Eject and Reinsert Tape), When I follow the instruction the problem still and nothing change … BUT I can close it when there is no Video Cassette in the Video Cassette Holder. If you have any solution, I will be happy if you send it to me by e-mail. Would you please also tell me the name, telephone and address of JVC Service Company or JVC maintenance office in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, so I can contact them to repair the camera.
