Hi, have just tried to play a tape in our UVW-1200 which hasn't been used in a couple of years, tho it's in an eqpt rack in regular use (so will get powered up). It displayed error code 02-603 which I've googled and refers to slack tape. Refers also to Emergency Eject but I don't know how that is done. I'm unable to play or eject the tape despite powering down/up. Can you offer any advice/assistance please? Many thanks Roger
