Dear Sir, I have a JVC Digital Video Camera – Mini DV – 16x Optical Zoom Model #: GR-D53AS Serial #: 169A0612 Actually the Video Cassette Holder does not close when I insert the cassette in it and an error appears on the digital screen of the camera (E04) saying that (Unit in Safeguard Mode Eject and Reinsert Tape), When I follow the instruction the problem still and nothing change … BUT I can close it when there is no Video Cassette in the Video Cassette Holder. Would you please tell me the name, telephone and address of JVC Service Company or JVC maintenance office in Calgary, Alberta, Canada? so I can contact them to repair the camera.
