This is not a model that has any history of suffering from that problem in the same way as some other models do, so the only less complicated suggestion that can be made is with the cassette holder lying open blow some mildly warm air into the mechanism with the aid of a hairdryer on its "low" heat setting, this being done from about a reasonable distance away if the dryer only has one setting. Once done leave it for about an hour before attempting to use or the memory may not have cleared, this usually taking an hour.
