Error Codes Assistance (Error Code C:13:70)

Would anybody help me with error code C:13:70 in my DVD player Sony DVP-NS585P. There was no this error from DVDs Verbatim DVD+R 4.7GB 16x (made in China) and Verbatim DVD+R DL 8.5GB 8x (made in Singapore) recorded on speed 4x with ASUS DRW-2014S1 (1 year old). I've burnt new Verbatim DVD+R DL 8.5GB 8x (made in Singapore) with new drive ASUS DRW-22B1ST on speed 4x. DVDInfoPro speed test said OK and in computer it works properly. But my DVD player Sony DVP-NS585P displays error code C:13:70 (dirty disc). Although formatted Verbatim DVD+RW 4.7GB 4x recorded on speed 4x it plays OK.
