My JVC camcorder (model GR-D200) does not power up, either from mains lead or from battery.

I suspect having looked at other posts that one of the internal fuses has blown. Unfortunately I don't know how to dismantle the camera to access the circuit board to replace the fuse. If anyone can help with a service schematic or circuit diagram that would be great.
