Advice on these problems can only be supplied if requested via "Post new message" seen at the top of every screen.

Do not request this by adding to another "existing" posting even although its for the same problem, as it will not appear on the main list as being new request and as such not looked at. Requests "MUST" be made by clicking "POST NEW MESSAGE" at the top of every screen.
