Replacement for separate outdoor speaker and intercom for 1MA-303 system

This intercom system is 32 years old. The outdoor speaker and intercom (2 separate items) have been weathered out and need to be replaced. Is there a replacement available that will be compatable with the rest of the system? If so, what is it and where can I buy it?
