Reset didn't work...

I love my DC-W50 camera but am getting the E:91:01 error as well. I have tried the hard reset with no luck. The error stops flashing(very annoying I may add) but the flash still does not work. It also make a clicking noise when the flash is on. I turned it off to stop the clicking. I think my problem is getting worse.
