Homei have a JVC MXK3 and it keeps blowing the 250v 1.6A fuse as soon as i try too turn it on ...but if left in demo mode its well work fine too my observation how do i fix it???

Basically you cannot! as it requires to be investigated by a service tech, although it's difficult to see how its supposed to work in the demo mode if it blows a fuse as soon as its switched on? |
