ME GOT PROBLEMS ! ! !

Wow, I have used this camcorder for about four years and I love it's balance and versatility. But now I have a tape stuck in the transport, which was in - but upon ejecting, the transport rose, but did not open. Me sew stewpid that I did try to force it a little bit after opening and closing about twenty times, now it just laughs at me. Any suggestions other than to move on to my smaller, but I hate to use it, SONY!?! Got a working one for sale ? ? ?
