Repair needed

Hi I have a Sony Trinitron KV-27V10. It's given us years of nice service. Lately as it warms up it shows 5 or 6 segments of diagonal lines for a couple minutes before the picture comes in and now the top inch continues to be blurry and slightly diagonal. Does any one have an idea as to how to fix this? Thanks, Tim
