Thanks for the tip, this worked for me. My Panasonic DVD RV31 was showing the H02 error message when trying to read the disk. I left a disk in the unit, unplugged it, removed the screws, plugged it in and watched. Disk did not spin, so the unit could not read it. I nudged the disk with my finger and it began spinning as it should. Pressed stop/play a few times to make sure it was working. Also blasted the internals of the unit with Dust Remover meant for keyboards/cameras/etc, then closed it up. All is well again.
