Sony camera cable

Need a Sony camera cable for use with a CMA-D1 camera adaptor. Told the part number is 991099931. It connects the CMA-D1 box to a DXC-101 camera. Cable has 12 pin connector on one end and 4 pin DIN type connector on the other end. Sony says it's no longer avalable. Thanks for any help.
