Sony HVR

My Sony HVR A1U HDV's LCD has stopped working and I need help with the Cable(strip) which I have been reliably told is damaged. This strip is the one that powers up the LCD from the main electronic board of the camera. Please help with where I can get this otherwise the whole camera is work except I can't use the LCD which is cumbersome! Clarence.
