My JVC camera model # GR-D750U is stuck in safemode. It does not have a cassette in it. When we try to put a cassette in, it will not retract into the camera. The error message keeps coming up. We have tried removing the battery, we tried charging, we tried removing the battery and running on the power cord. I really need my camera, if you know how to resolve this, please let me know.
