Tape stuck inside Cannon camcoder

Cannon camcoder Model ZR 65 MC. Casette got stuck in the cam coder ZR 65 MC. when we eject it comes partially and then goes back. Casette is stuck inside.please advise. I tried calling both the mobile numbers mentioned below of Deendayal company. One is disconnected and other is switched off. Need address of Deen dayal& Co and timings DEENDAYAL CAMERA AND CO.
