Need to know name of spare part and cost of it.

I have a Sony Cyber-shot DSC- W150 digital camera. The shutter part infront of th camera does not open when I switch on the camera. I also found a spring come out. Could I please know what this part is called and how much it will cost? I found some serial numbers in and around this part. hope this will help. These are BE002-1, PC-G30<, IHC7, A8IX & 0219U2. thnks
