Homecannot get the camcorder to record the videos onto the pc GZMS100u..........113 c0248Serial # We cannot get the camcorder's videos to record onto the pc. We did manage to get the still picutres but not the videos. Please advise step by step as the disc and the instructions evidently don't work. your help is most appreciated. Maybe you could send me a phone number for help.

Your difficulty in transferring video to PC can be caused by a number of things including compatibility problems between the camcorder and the PC, and so you will really have to mention what operating system you PC uses, Windows XP, Vista, or maybe MAC. The other point is, have you followed "exactly" the instructions as given on pages 51 & 52 of the guide book? |
