D1555 transister

wontede to know more about this transister
can anyone help me? I was trouble shooting a transsiter from my TV & found D1555 transister giving me this results.
between 2 of the 3 pins I got shorted reading. is this normal or not?

This is a low cost, low noise, VCO (voltage controlled oscillator) transistor, which you will get plenty of "free" info on if you enter its number into "Google". (data sheet company being one free supplier)
