Help my TV won't work!

I plugged my IPOD into the Docking station, the TV turned off and it will not turn back on. I removed the IPOD from the TV after it powered off and the TV just won't work at all now. The IPOD was compatible with the TV. Its a JVC LT-32P679 and I was using an IPOD 16 G touch. HELP!
