Damage by Sony Service centre.

I gave my camera for repairing the "Click button", but the service centre (Indira Nagar, Bangalore) damaged the lens and now they are refusing to correct the problem. The employees are just asking me " call this person and that person, he is incharge and it is his department". They aren't even interested in answering any query. The camera is still with them.
