This is true. We received this camera from the Mother-in-law and thought it was garbage. The picture was black and the code E:61:10 kept blinking on the screen. I read THIS email about tapping the bottom left corner of the camera. So I thought I would give it a try. Upon doing so, it made some noises and much to my surprise the picture re-appeared. Thank you for saving us from buying a new camera.
